The Hazel history of residential development experience is deep and varied. Hazel Land, with our homebuilding division Hazel Homes, have developed over 5,000 homesites as a service to other homebuilders, and have designed and constructed over 3,000 single- and multi-family homes for the full range of buyers: affordable apartments and condominiums for first-time buyers, luxury condominiums and large single-family homes for buyers in the upper brackets and unique villa homes for Active Adults.
